Matcha starter kit experience
I decided to try their Matcha Starter Kit after hearing good things. The ordering process on the website was straightforward, no issues there. It shipped out the next day and took about 4 days to reach my home in Miami. Everything in the kit was well-packaged; the Ceremonial Grade Matcha had a vibrant green color and tasted smooth, not bitter at all. The Chasen and Bamboo Scoop felt sturdy and worked well for whisking. I did have a quick question about brewing temperature, and customer service got back to me within a few hours with a helpful response. Overall, a very positive first matcha experience and I'm happy with the quality of the products.
Decent coffee, minor delay
I picked up a bag of the Decaf Specialty Coffee. The coffee itself was quite good, very smooth for a decaf. However, delivery took about 6 days, which was a bit longer than I expected given their 24-hour delivery claim for some items. The packaging was secure. I think if they could improve consistency on delivery times, it would be a perfect experience. Still, good value for the quality.
